Terms of Service

By inviting, using, or interacting with Purify in any Discord server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the bot and remove it from your server.

These terms apply to all users including server owners, administrators, moderators, and regular members who interact with Purify in any capacity.

Purify is provided as is for use in Discord servers. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bot for its intended purposes. You may use the bot to:

• Moderate your Discord server with commands like ban, kick, warn, jail, and purge
• Manage leveling and XP systems for community engagement
• Create and manage support tickets with transcripts
• Run giveaways and social interaction commands
• Implement anti-spam, anti-link, and anti-nuke protection
• Set up voice master channels and logging systems
• Use music playback and social commands for community fun

You agree not to misuse Purify in any way. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using Purify for illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the bot
• Using the bot to spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or security flaws — report them instead
• Using the bot in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bot's backend or database
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the bot
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with Purify in unintended ways

Purify is provided without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Purify team shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption caused by bot errors or outages
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unexpected behavior
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Actions taken by server administrators or users of the bot
• Loss of server data, members, or reputation resulting from bot usage

You use Purify entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Purify at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Abusive behavior toward the Purify team or other users
• Any activity deemed harmful to the bot, its users, or its reputation

Upon termination, all data associated with your server may be permanently deleted. We are not obligated to provide a reason for termination.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of Purify after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Major changes may be announced in our Discord server.

Purify collects and stores minimal data necessary to provide its features. This may include:

• Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs
• XP, level, and leaderboard data per server
• Moderation logs, warn records, and ticket transcripts
• Custom prefixes, bot settings, and configuration per server
• Invite tracking data and voice statistics

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely to operate the bot's features. You may request deletion of your server's data by contacting us in our Discord server.

All users interacting with Purify are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. When using Purify you agree to:

• Not use the bot to target, harass, or discriminate against individuals or groups
• Not attempt to manipulate or abuse bot systems such as leveling or giveaways
• Not use the bot to distribute harmful, illegal, or explicit content
• Respect the decisions of server administrators who configure the bot
• Report any bugs or exploits responsibly through our Discord support server

Violations of these conduct standards may result in permanent blacklisting from Purify across all servers.

All code, branding, design, and content associated with Purify including but not limited to the bot's name, logo, website, and command structure are the intellectual property of the Purify development team.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Purify's codebase or branding without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of Purify's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Purify is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. All Discord-related trademarks and branding belong to their respective owners.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Purify. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.
