Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data Purify collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using Purify, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Purify collects and stores only the minimal data required to operate its features. This includes:

• Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs
• XP, level, and leaderboard data per server
• Moderation logs, warn records, and ticket transcripts
• Custom prefixes, bot settings, and server configuration
• Invite tracking data and voice channel statistics
• Giveaway entries and social command interactions

We do not collect message content, passwords, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information beyond what Discord provides through its API.

All data collected is used solely to provide and improve Purify's features. Specifically:

• Server IDs and channel IDs are used to store per-server configuration
• User IDs are used for moderation records, XP tracking, and giveaway entries
• Ticket transcripts are stored to allow server admins to review support history
• Invite and voice data is used to power tracking and statistics commands

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of operating the bot.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Your data is never distributed outside of the infrastructure required to run Purify.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users, but only to the extent necessary.

Data is retained for as long as Purify is active in your server. If you remove Purify from your server, your data may remain stored for a short period before being automatically purged.

You may request immediate deletion of all data associated with your server by contacting us through our Discord support server.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly through our Discord server rather than exploiting it.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data Purify holds about your server
• Request deletion of all data associated with your server or user ID
• Opt out of non-essential data collection where applicable
• Contact us with any questions or concerns about your data

Purify operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord's data practices.

Our infrastructure may use third party hosting providers. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing hosting services.

Purify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of Purify after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

We recommend checking this page periodically. Major changes may be announced in our Discord server.
